When Booking Your Hair Appointment:
Thank you for choosing to book with me! Please be sure to read all service descriptions carefully and select the option that best fits your hair needs. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your spot. Your deposit is subtracted from your service total. NOT A SEPERATE PAYMENT. Come with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise noted. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to reach out!
Late Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.
Reschedule Policy:
Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a lost deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-Show Policy:
A no-show (missing your appointment without notice) will result in a full charge for the service and loss of deposit. You may also be blocked from booking future appointments. Please communicate if you’re unable to attend — life happens, but courtesy is key.
Sick Policy:
If you are feeling sick or showing symptoms of illness (fever, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, etc.), please reschedule your appointment. Your health and mine are important. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to illness if you notify me at least 4 hours before your appointment.
If you arrive visibly ill, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment on the spot, and your deposit will be forfeited. Let’s keep each other safe and healthy!
Child Policy:
I do not provide services for children under the age of 13. Please ensure you are booking for a client who meets this age requirement. This policy helps maintain a calm, focused environment and ensures the best service for each client. Thank you for understanding!
